Statutory Information

Each school is required by law, (The School Information (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2012), to make the following information available:

  • The following information about the school curriculum:

  2. b) For KS1, the names of any phonics or reading schemes in use. See Reading
  • The measures determined by the head teacher under section 89 of the Education and Inspections Act 2006 (determination by head teacher of behaviour policy).  See Key Policies
  • The amount of the school’s allocation from the Pupil Premium grant in respect of the current academic year (2019-20) plus the following information: PP strategy 2019-20
  1. a) details of how it is intended that the allocation will be spent.

  3. c) the effect of this expenditure on the educational attainment of those pupils for whom the funding was allocated.

 

Our School Evaluation Form (SEF) gives a clear focus on the areas we need to develop over the year. This year our focuses are on:

  • Reading - increasing pupils reading both in school and at home.
  • Attainment - ensuring that pupils achieve their potential in line with national expectations specifically in Reading, writing and Maths.
  • SEN - ensuring that the provision given to the all SEND children diminishes the attainment and progress gap between themselves and children with SEND.
